I came up with this recipe when I was left with half a can of condensed milk and no idea what to do with it. I also had some blueberries and chocolate, so I thought hell, let’s bake some cookies.
The result was amazing. They are very soft, have a cake-like texture, but they aren’t overly sweet. I fell in love and I’m sure I’ll be making them again soon.

What a fabulous cookie recipe Justyna! I always have a tin of condensed milk in the pantry, so I’m pretty much ready to go. Thanks so much for sharing this at Fiesta Friday this week – they’ll go beautifully with a cup of tea of coffee a little later! Cheers, Margot
