Nutella Condensed Milk Cookie Bars

It’s been a couple of days since I posted, and quite a lot has happened in my life. I successfully moved to Vietnam and I scored my first job as a teacher of English. I’ve been trying to stay on top of everything that is going on online, but it has been a challenge. In the last 4 days I came to Hanoi, moved to a different apartment, went to a couple of job interviews, partied with people I just met and gave my first lesson just today. Hopefully now my life will get more stable and I will be able to post more often. I don’t have an oven yet though, which might get in the way. Fortunately I have some recipes all ready to share with you, starting with this one.

These bars are one of my absolute favorites, from one of my absolute favorite websites. Trust me, if you decide to make them, they will find their way into your top ten as well.

I mean, you combine nutella, amazing dough AND condensed milk? Can you say heavenly? I did change the original recipe a bit though, substituting a part of flour for oats, and reducing the amount of sugar. The result is incredibly tasty, and I also feel better about my healthy choices 😉
