I remember that I came up with this recipe the day before I left Poland to go to Vietnam. I wanted to bake something in the evening, but we also didn’t feel like leaving the house to buy any products, so I had to work with whatever we had already. I think the result was pretty good.
Also, these cookies have no fat in them, which is also a win.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup greek yogurt
- ¾ cup flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup chocolate chips or chunks
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 360F.
- In a big bowl, combine the egg, powdered sugar, and Greek yogurt. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes.

- 1 jajko
- ¾ szklanki cukru pudru
- ¾ szklanki jogurtu greckiego
- ¾ szklanki mąki
- ½ szklanki kakao
- ½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- szczypta soli
- 100 gram pokrojonej czekolady
Przygotowanie:
- Rozgrzej piekarnik do 180C.
- W dużej misce wymieszaj jajko, cukier puder i jogurt grecki. Dodaj mąkę, kakao, proszek do pieczenia, i sól. Wmieszaj pokrojoną czekoladę.
- Pełne łyżki ciasta układaj na blaszce do pieczenia. Piecz przez ok. 10 minut.
