So, summer is coming to an end. It’s still way too hot outside, but apparently it’s the last day of this kinda weather, at least over here in Poland. I’ll be honest, I can’t wait till autumn. We’ve been cooking with pumpkin a lot already, but I wanted to share a recipe that kept me alive this past couple months. Continue reading

Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Not gonna lie, I am very excited.
My best friend and I are leaving for Scotland on Saturday. We’re going to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, seeing one of my favorite bands (again), and we’re generally going to have a blast. That’s the extent of our plans. Continue reading
Vegan (and cheap) eating in London
At first I haven’t been posting because I was busy with work, then because I did not have much to say. But now I’m back and I hope it’s permanent! Let’s get something out of the way first – you may have noticed the word “vegan” staring at you in the title. Yeah, I went vegan in January and I’m loving it. Don’t worry though, the recipes I plan on posting will be delicious and will still contain way too much chocolate. Some of them will not be vegan at all – I tend to bake for other people, too.
Banana Dates Healthy Brownies
This recipe is without any doubt my favorite one so far this year. There is no butter in it, no sugar.. There is even no flour! They are so healthy it’s justifiable to make them often, which is what I’ve been doing lately. Continue reading
Thumbprint Cookies
I love brownies, chocolate chip cookies, basically all kinds of chocolate-related sweets. However, my all time favorite cookie is a simple thumbprint cookie filled with jam. Sometimes I fill it with peanut butter. Or Nutella. But the ones with jam are.. My jam. Continue reading
Chocolate Apple Pie
I don’t really like having help when I’m baking. I’m more of a ‘if you want something done right, do it yourself’ kinda girl. However, one thing I really hate is peeling and chopping apples. Fortunately when I chose to bake this chocolate apple pie, one of my best friends helped me out. I didn’t even have to ask him! Which is probably one of the reasons why I like him so much. Continue reading
Cranberry Walnut Cookies
How is your January going so far? Mine’s been pretty busy. I got a new job (yay!) and I spent the last couple of days taking care of all the formalities before I get to start working. Fortunately I did have time to meet with my friends a couple of times. I made these cookies for one of such occasions, when I promised a friend I would bake him something. Continue reading
Peanut Butter Granola
I know, I know. My first recipe of 2015 is a healthy one. Stay with me though. Continue reading
The Most Popular Recipes of 2014 on One Bowl Brownies
Hi. I’m excited about this one. 2014 has been a pretty good year for me. I’ve been blogging for a while now (8 months!), so I decided to take this opportunity and gather some of your favorite recipes this year. As the list of my own favorites is a bit different, first I’ll show you the top 10 most popular recipes, and then I’ll add 5 of my favs. Continue reading
Gingerbread Cookie Bars
Is everybody deep into the Christmas mode already? Probably, right? I will let you in on a little secret – I haven’t bought any gifts yet. I’m going shopping tomorrow, which is pretty much the last possible moment to do so. This year I’m even worse than last time! Fortunately when it comes to testing out the Christmas recipes, I’m doing better. I made these cookie bars almost two weeks ago and they were heavenly. Continue reading
