Chocolate Apple Pie

I don’t really like having help when I’m baking. I’m more of a ‘if you want something done right, do it yourself’ kinda girl. However, one thing I really hate is peeling and chopping apples. Fortunately when I chose to bake this chocolate apple pie, one of my best friends helped me out. I didn’t even have to ask him! Which is probably one of the reasons why I like him so much.

Hi. My days in Hanoi are coming to an end, which feels bittersweet. I love Vietnam, Hanoi is an amazing city, and teaching here has been a privilege, but I also miss home terribly. I can’t wait till I see my best friend and spend three days on a Doctor Who marathon with her again (12 more days, woo!).
