Blueberry Lemon Shortbread Crumble Bars

Okay, so my life continues to be crazy. The only difference is, I’m starting to really love it. And I’m starting to love Hanoi as well. It took some getting used to, but this city is pretty amazing. And the food. You guys, Vietnamese food tastes so much better in actual Vietnam. Especially Pho and Bun Cha, I’ve been eating a lot of that. I’m not planning on stopping anytime soon.

Coconut Oil Blueberry Cake

It’s a quite busy week for me. My brother is getting married tomorrow, and I’m moving to Vietnam in 5 days. There are a lot of things I still need to take care of before I go, but that didn’t stop me from spending some time in my kitchen.

Banana Blueberry Muffins

This recipe rocks. There is no fat and no sugar, yet the muffins still taste amazing. All the sweetness comes from bananas and honey, and butter is replaced with Greek yogurt. My mom especially loves it when I bake goodies like these ones, so I do it quite often.

Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Blueberry Cookies

I came up with this recipe when I was left with half a can of condensed milk and no idea what to do with it. I also had some blueberries and chocolate, so I thought hell, let’s bake some cookies.
