Vanilla Cupcakes with Vanilla Milk Cream Cheese Frosting

I am not a fan of cupcakes. I don’t really see the point of them. I’d much rather have a straightforward cookie. That being said, I do make them for others sometimes. These particular ones were for my sisters-in-law bachelorette party a couple of months ago.

You may have noticed that I love to come up with recipes where you don’t need a lot of ingredients. It seems like if you can throw a recipe together from whatever you have laying around in your pantry, that’s the one I would go for.

Except that doesn’t always work for everybody. Yeah, put that mayo away. Relax. Maybe follow a recipe for a change.

How is everybody doing today? I’m very excited, as I just saw the list of panels for this year’s Conversation for a Cause in Nerd HQ during Comic Con. Is anybody interested in that sort of thing? Nerd HQ is an event created by Zachary Levi. He hosts a bunch of panels with actors, directors and so on and they are always amazing.. And they are streamed online, which is why I can watch them from Poland.
